Work beyond the listed scope requires separate review and approval.
Booking conditions
- The base daytime hours are 9 a.m.–5 p.m.; starts before 9 a.m. require Staff pricing review.
- Exactly 5 p.m. does not incur the after-hours fee. The time you submit a request does not determine the fee.
- Your requested date and time are preferences until Staff confirms the appointment and final amount.
- Shepherd delays do not change accepted prices. Proposed schedule or price changes require customer review.

Your authorized property, service area and scheduling preferences are checked at booking. Requests remain pending until Staff confirms them.
