- Sewer-line camera inspection
- Moisture inspection for observable signs of water damage and potential microbial growth
- Thermal imaging of temperature patterns consistent with possible exterior-wall insulation gaps or possible active moisture damage, corroborated by inspection and moisture measurements

- Remediation
- Destructive work
Booking conditions
- Accessible areas and observable conditions are inspected; sewer-line camera access is confirmed before scheduling.
- Thermal imaging does not see through walls or by itself confirm mold, insulation defects, or moisture. Concealed conditions may not be detected.
- Sampling, remediation, and destructive work require separate approval and are outside this package, subject to the inspection independence policy.
- Owner business policy on inspection independence:
- To avoid conflicts of interest, Shepherd Construction does not provide additional services at the inspected home for at least 12 months after issuing its home inspection report.
